Here is brief but important article by Diana Kohle.
According to Ms. Kohle, "if you are trying to decide when to work out, The American Heart Association says the best time of day to exercise depends on" the following three factors:
- "When and where it's most convenient, so you'll be more likely to exercise regularly."
- "While it's great to exercise first thing in the morning to help boost metabolism for the rest of the day, early exercise may not work for you if you like to sleep as late as possible."
- "When you can squeeze it in. You don't have to get your 30 minutes of recommended daily exercise all at once. Split it into three 10-minute workouts, if necessary."
So when do you prefer to train?
